Beginner to Advanced
Tumbling Classes
Victory Gymnastics Academy offers Beginner to Advanced Tumbling Classes for Boys and Girls.
Our classes are designed to achieve the greatest impact for improvement in strength, endurance, technique and style as it relates to advancing through levels of gymnastics competitiveness.
Classes For All Ages and abilities
We offer Beginner to Advanced Tumbling Classes. Those who have accomplished a round-off back-handspring unassisted may take the Advanced tumbling class. We also offer our beginning and advanced classes in age ranged classes. We sometimes group kids in classes by ages of 5-10 years old and classes of 10 and up.
Preschool Program (Boys and Girls) 18 month-5 year
Our preschool program is not like any other preschool program. We have designed our program to teach eye hand coordination, listening and directional skills and basic gymnastics fundamentals. We have broken the program down into these categories; Grown up and me ( 18 months up to 3 years old,) 3,4 and 5 year old classes. Our rooms are unique and fun. We have the Beam room, Bar room, and Floor room. Each room has a different theme. The gymnasts learn basic gymnastics skills in each room for up to 12 minutes in each room, then enjoy our zipline before leaving class. When the gymnasts leave our Preschool program after 5 years old they will have learned everything they need in order to pass the first level in our beginner class program. These classes are 45 minutes long. Class size goes up to 6.

5 year Beginner Class
This year we have started offering a 5 year old class in gym A. This is a 45 minute class that helps to bridge the gap for our 5 year olds coming over from our preschool classes. This class runs like our regular beginner classes but is only 5 year olds and shorter rotations. We offer this class at an earlier time because of less gymnasts in the gym for better attention. We have found that this has been a big help to those younger gymnasts to get adapted to the bigger gym.

Beginner to Advanced Gymnastics Classes (Boys and Girls Classes)
Our class program is also unique. We base our class program on a color chart system, much like earning different colored belts in Karate. Our color chart starts with white, green and orange. These are our beginner gymnastics classes. The next class is our intermediate levels. Starting with yellow then moving to red. Our advanced levels start with blue and then move to purple, which is our top level for classes. All of these classes are an hour long except for our advanced class, which is an hour and a half. Our gymnasts and their parents can track their progress by our class board in the lobby. Each gymnast has their name on the board in the level that they are working on. Each level from our beginner classes to advanced classes has the skills posted on the board that they will need to pass in order to move up. Our classes run for twelve weeks and the gymnasts are tested from weeks 8-11. Each gymnast will receive an evaluation of their progress in week 12 and will know if they need to change levels or stay and train in the same level.
The gymnasts start each class with fifteen minutes of stretching followed by training on three events for fifteen minutes each.

Tumbling Program
Our Beginner to Advanced Tumbling Classes program is specialized into two different , one hour classes. We offer a basic beginner class and an advanced tumbling class. Our expert instructors stick to strict tumbling techniques, enabling the students to continually learn more skills as they learn.
Our classes start with a 15 minute stretch then move on to basic warm up skills then leading into drills and tumbling on our Airtrac and spring floor.

Competitive Team Program
The Team program starts with our TnT gymnasts. These girls are between the ages of 5-7yr. TnT’s are based on three levels and three separate testing days. The girls get evaluated and receive awards according to their performance which gets them ready for competing in regular gymnastics meets. These tests are free to our parents and gymnasts. Once passing all of the levels in TnT’s our gymnast moves onto our competitive team. These teams start in the xcel program moving from bronze up to Platinum. Then depending on the gymnasts wants and needs they then move into our optional program which starts at level 6 and moves up to level 10. We have a very successful team program and have had State,Regional and National Champions.
